About Sue Corbett, Owner & Instructor – Breath Mind & Body – Yoga
Welcome to Breath, Mind & Body! I want you to get acquainted with me, let me share my passion of yoga and credentials. I have been enjoying fitness for the past 30 + years. I became a certified aerobics instructor in 1990, a certified yoga instructor in 2011, registered with Yoga Alliance as an E-RYT 200, completed a training on therapeutic yoga offered by The Cleveland Clinic Center for Lifestyle Medicine in 2012, completed my Reiki ART certification training in 2014 and certified in Restorative Yoga 2017. Certification in Donna Eden Energy Medicine 2021. Diploma in Integral Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls 2023.
I incorporate in a yoga practice meditation, breathwork, asanas (poses), balance, stretching and relaxation. The benefits practicing yoga is amazing! Improves sleep, diabetes, hypertension, mood swings, anxiety, lung/diaphragm function, strength, arthritis, & excess weight. In all yoga practices, there are no expectations, no competition and no judgement. Yoga practices are a continual learning experience about oneself! I am still learning about myself!!
My greatest fulfillment is making people feel good, physically and spiritually, accepting them self as who they are. Even as we age and aware of the changes that do occur, we can still give our bodies and minds a better quality of life by connecting the energy of the breath to the movement of the body.
I reside in Lake County. I am blessed with my family who are my life. I thank them for their support throughout all these years!
”The rhythm of the body, the melody of the mind & the harmony of the soul create the symphony of life.”
